This afternoon’s salad break: Power Greens Mix (baby spinach, kale, chard, tatsoi & arugula), shredded butternut squash, radicchio, sunflower sprouts, pea shoots, buckwheat sprouts, grape tomatoes, avocado, marinated peppers, sprouted turmeric pepitas, and an edible flower. #vegan #salad
